Santosh Pandey

Santosh Pandey is an entrepreneur who transitioned from a background in the development sector, activism, and politics into the world of business. He co-founded Offering Happiness, an experiential gifting and surprise-planning company that began in 2017. Despite facing significant challenges, including severe cash crunches and pivoting during the COVID-19 pandemic, his entrepreneurial journey with the company earned him international recognition. He won the Global Student Entrepreneurs Award in Nepal, represented his country in Macau, and was featured in the National Geographic documentary film Own the Room, which is available on Disney Plus.

In January 2021, Santosh co-founded Oho Cake, a technology-enabled cake manufacturing and delivery business based in Baneshwor. Driven by a lean startup mindset and a focus on operational scalability, he established a hub-and-spoke model to address the high demand for customized and last-minute cakes. Santosh is passionate about building teams, leveraging technology in traditional industries, and scaling his business nationally to major cities outside the Kathmandu Valley.
