Pranayna Kc is the Head of Marketing at Daraz, where she leads the team responsible for the company's branding and marketing strategies. Throughout her diverse career, she has worked across Australia, India, and Nepal in various high-level positions, including serving as the first female CEO in the two-wheeler electric vehicle industry. Her previous roles span multiple sectors, having served as Chief Business Officer at a health tech startup in India, Head of Brand for India at the consulting firm Frost & Sullivan, and partnering with her sister to co-lead Hivele.

Driven by a philosophy that marketing and leadership are rooted in empathy and human connection, Pranayna advocates for continuous learning and a data-driven approach to brand building.
