Aashish Adhikari
Aashish Adhikari is a Nepali entrepreneur and podcast host who has spent seventeen years working in the business sector. He is the founder of a coffee enterprise that he built from a small initial investment of 50,000 and thirty to fifty kilograms of coffee into an organization consuming nearly three tons of coffee. Over eight years of operation, Adhikari scaled his company from a two-person team to a seventy-five-person organization, successfully navigating the complexities of securing foreign direct investment and seeking Series B funding.
As the grandchild of a farmer, Adhikari maintains a deep connection to agriculture and advocates for a structured, long-term vision for Nepal's local economies. He has traveled to forty districts across Nepal, with trekking playing a significant role in his life, and uses his experience to mentor young innovators and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Adhikari has engaged with national policy-making bodies, having been invited to share his insights on startup challenges and credit access at the National Planning Commission.
