Curiosity
"One of the top ACCA colleges in Kathmandu" is a moving target Seed keeps chasing, not a title claimed once and left alone.
Partnership
Platinum status isn't self-declared — ACCA itself has to certify a learning partner as its best in the country.

A BSc from Oxford Brookes, earned through coursework taught in Kathmandu — the degree travels even when the student hasn't.
